Claire's Blog Second Entry

Great news!!!!! I have lost 6lbs this week, I new before I got to the clinic as my clothes were yet again loose. I also had a peel done this week to give myself a boost and I feel fantastic….. My face is glowing and I have a huge smile to go with it from my weight loss. I did miss a few meal this week and started to feel dizzy but once I realised I’d been rushing around and forgot meals a started eating properly again and now I’m back to normal. You really do need to make sure you don’t miss your meals as when you starve body it makes you feel a little faint and it’s not good for you in the long run and you don’t loose weight. Glad I realised and got back on track and got another great result.

Hello my name is Claire; I have always suffered with low confidence and have decided I wanted to start making some changes in my life. I joined bodyline on the 5th of January 2010. In my first week I lost 8lbs, I started on DP’s but they made be tired and gave me headaches. On my first weekly review the doctors explained that they had a range of medications and each was suited to different people, we changed to phentimine and that was that. It worked really well and seemed to agree with me as I haven’t had any side effects.

I make sure I eat something small every 3 hours like a cereal bar so that I dont starve my body as I don’t get hunger pains at all, I set an alarm on my phone to remind me. If I crave something sweet I usually find a kiddies pettie flu yogurt does the trick and its only 50 cals which is a bonus.

I have started running twice a week as my energy levels are at an all time high and in turn any extra exercise I can do helps me tone up from the weight I’m loosing, to date I have lost 3st 2lbs and feel absolutely amazing.

Some weeks I loose half a stone which is a fantastic result and other weeks a loose 1lb which can be dishearten when I’ve done really well the previous week but when I look back at my over all weight loss and I’m ecstatic with the results.

Amanda's Blog Fifth Entry

Fantastic another 2lb lost, have now dropped a dress size from 16 to 14 and I am enjoying fitting into all those lovely clothes I had bagged away under the bed for over a year and a half! Summer is coming and I am really looking forward to being able to wear lovely summer dresses without feeling self conscious.

I am eating more like the nurse advised and making sure I have breakfast, it seems to be working. I have also swapped wine for white spirit and a diet mixer.

My body has changed shape quite a lot, I feel like I have lost more weight than I actually have. People have now started to comment on my appearance which is always a great boost.

I will keep you posted with next weeks weigh in.

Amanda's Blog Forth Entry

Put 1lb on!! Can’t believe it, what have I done wrong? I don't feel like I have put weight on but the scales can’t be wrong! Nurse discussed my eating plan and habits and discovered that I am not eating enough.

I am going to change 3 things this week, eat breakfast every day (I always skip breakfast), change wine for white spirit with a low calorie mixer and increase my daily calorie intake to 1,400 per day by eating little and often. I am hoping that these small changes will have a big impact.

I want to loose at least 3lb this week...wish me luck.
