Digital Marketing Manager

Salary: pro rata 25 to 30 k

Hours: Part Time  24 hours per week

Location: Stockport/ Northwest

The Company:

A leading Dynamic and expanding Weight loss and wellness company  based in the northwest  with 6 high end clinics based in the North West is seeking a suitable candidate to the join the team and manage the marketing and digital media activities. The successful candidate will play a key role in all areas of marketing, social media during a key period of the company’s growth.

The role is currently part time and flexible and will suit an experienced Digital Marketing Manager who has taken on family or other commitments and wishes to work part time

Role Description

As Digital Marketing Manager you will be responsible for the management of online marketing campaigns and all online activities within the company. You will manage the project of overhauling the Website with our IT consultant and a third party provider and provide all the content management

You will assist the management by coordinating and collating content and collateral and complete the various day to day marketing tasks and support for the company website and media platforms.

Other key responsibilities will include:

  • Social Media management
  • Manage user registrations and client records for CRM
  • Preparing marketing reports
  • Creating email campaigns
  • Working alongside the management in order to ensure all designs created meet the company’s brand guidelines
  • Managing the company marketing related inboxes
  • Designing flyers/marketing collateral
  • Working with a 3rd party for the creation and development of the new website.

What you’ll need to succeed:

The successful candidate will ideally be a graduate with at least 8 years’ experience in a similar marketing role. You will have high level of computer literacy including MS word, Excel and PowerPoint. Your experience with the various mediums of social media and to harness these platforms will be pivotal in your success to drive sales forward.

The company

A leading Dynamic and expanding Weight loss and Wellness company based in the northwest with currently 6 high end clinics is seeking a suitable candidate to the join the team, as a key player of the management team to lead and drive the sales of this exciting Company The company has just raised venture capital of 1.5 million and is expanding fast and is due to roll out a further 8 clinics over the next 3 years

 The successful candidate will play a key role in all areas of developing the sales process, strategy and delivery during a key period of the company’s growth.

The role itself is to develop business for Bodyline Clinics introducing new clients, work with existing database, work with and introduce new “business partners”, create events, work with the Bodyline team to create and incentivise new client groups, your main role will be the sale of ” weight loss treatments” across the clinics, however you will have a range of health care products to supplement your sales, you will work against agreed targets.

The Role

The position will be similar to retail hours; where some evenings and weekends will be required around our clinic opening times.

The successful candidate will be paid a basic salary between £24k – £30k per annum depending on experience, for this they will be expected to carry out their job in a professional way, where they will also be expected to deliver “new business” the value to be agreed, this business must represent “true value” to “Bodyline”.

In addition to the basic salary the company will create “with and for you” a “commission programme” this will allow the OTE total to be in the region of £45,000 but will be unlimited.

A company car will also be provided or an appropriate car allowance

Role Profile Accounts and Admin Executive – Full time

Bodyline is a successful dynamic company specialising in weight loss . We have six clinics across the northwest expanding to a further 8 over 3 years .

we are looking for a dynamic professional individual to join the team at our head office in Disley.

Role Purpose

To provide a comprehensive administrative and accounts support to the Finance Manager that is efficient and organised at all levels and ensuring the smooth running of the head office.

Specific Duties

To provide high level proactive administrative and accounts support to allow Finance Manager to make best use of their time.

  • Proactively co-ordinate and chase progress of orders whilst managing stock levels
  • Manage and process data for marketing purposes and KPI’s using excel spreadsheets.
  • Ensure the customer service apprentice is actively fulfilling their role.

Office/Administrative System to include:

  • Ensuring smooth running of head office
  • Deal with telephone communication in a professional manner, with accurate and clear message taking, take bookings and make appointments
  • Maintain an effective and efficient filing system, ensuring all documents are stored in an organised and retrievable fashion.
  • Exact and precise input of data
  • Ensure the office is clean and presentable at all times
  • Cash processing and cash banking
  • Support the role of receiving and booking client appointments and confirming bookings when the manager of that role is off sick or on holiday
  • Assist the Finance Manager with various tasks concerning accounts management.

Projects

  • Carry out projects as and when required as directed by the Director or the Finance Manager.

Producing presentations reports

  • Provide accurate analysis and trend reports as and when required.
  • Produce accurate and professionally presented documentation within required timescales.
