Medical Slimming AND
WEIGHT LOSS PROGRAMME

Diet pills for medical slimming from Bodyline ClinicsWhen you attend the weight loss clinic for the first time you will be asked to register with us and provide enough information for us to ensure you receive the best possible care. You will then see one of our Nurses, who will discuss privately with you your eating habits and lifestyle, then if appropriate, decide how much weight you should aim to lose.

Our doctor will ask you a series of questions about your medical history, weigh you, and take your blood pressure, to see if you are medically fit and able to follow one of our regimes.

The doctor will then recommend a particular diet for you to follow, explaining what you should and should not do, then fine tune your eating plan to suit your taste. If appropriate, the doctor may prescribe some form of appetite suppressant, often known as diet pills or slimming tablets, or lipase inhibitor to help you adapt to the new weight loss diet. These come in the form of a slimming pill or capsule.

The appetite suppressant is designed to take the edge off your appetite, and make it easier for you to stick to the weight loss diet without suffering hunger pangs or being tempted to nibble. Lipase inhibitors are one of the most recent forms of weight loss supplements and work by stopping you digesting about 30% of the fat in the food you eat.

Weight loss plans from Bodyline slimming clinicYour doctor will normally ask you to return in a week's time, to check that you are happy with your weight loss plans and any medication, answer any questions arising from your medical weight loss treatment and check that you are starting to lose weight. This process of regular consultation with the doctor at one of our diet clinics is at the heart of our weight loss plans, enabling you to feel comfortable that you are progressing with all the support and encouragement you need.

Depending on your size at the start of your weight loss programme, you should expect to lose between 7 and 14 pounds in the first month, then 6 or 7 pounds a month thereafter depending on how well you manage to keep to your new weight loss system and eating plan! We will keep you on your diet for ten to twelve weeks, then may ask you to take a break of three to four weeks from your weight loss medication before restarting. The number of visits to our weight loss clinic you make depends on how much weight you need to lose and how successful you are following your weight loss diet.

Over 90% of those who join the Bodyline Clinic weight loss programme are referred to us by someone who has found our weight loss system including diet pills the best way to lose weight and have enjoyed attending our diet clinic.
