The more often you come to see us, the more successful you will be. The best way to lose weight is over the course of a three to six month programme. We often see patients lose two to three stones in weight. This is achieved through steady, sustainable changes to your lifestyle, not through starvation or fad diets.

What happens at my consultation?

Well, let’s start with what doesn’t happen to ease your mind. You don’t have to strip off and get on scales; you don’t have to tell a room full of people how much you weigh, and what you’ve eaten that week, and you definitely don’t have to do or say anything that makes you uncomfortable.
Our relaxed, friendly registered doctors and nurses will greet you, and you’ll be asked to fill in a short questionnaire so that we can find out a bit more about you, your lifestyle, medical history and your goals. You’ll then chat to one of our nurses and then you’ll have a consultation with one of our experienced doctors. We will develop a treatment plan that works for you.

When will I see results?

Most people will see some weight loss after the first week of the slimming plans. It is important, however, that you follow the plans to get the most benefit. Once you achieve your target weight we will help you maintain it.
